Common Sense: How not to Be Poor

Here's a good, sensible piece from Walter Williams, "How not to Be Poor". It turns out that there isn't a great secret. It's common sense.

Graduate high school. Marry before having children and stay married. Work, even for a low wage at first. Avoid engaging in criminal behavior. Duh.
