I Reposted 9 and 10

Most of a recent post disappeared somehow, perhaps just before I initially posted it, and I didn't notice until yesterday. I've filled the hole.

Somehow, and I'm not sure when, most of my fifth "How to Get My Vote" post disappeared in such a way that I was left with neither backup nor draft. I posted it eight days ago. I have reposted it, and this time it's longer than the few lines that survived before. Principles 9 and 10 therein are:

9. Don't make it about good and evil, if it isn't already.
10. Shun the October surprise.
