I Haven't Watched the Debate Yet

I didn't watch the presidential debate last night; I didn't have time. But I taped it, and I'll watch it as soon as possible.

I have heard: Bush smirked, Bush ran out of gas halfway through, Kerry lied about well-known facts numerous times, and the flash polls say that Kerry won. Let's be frank: If Kerry did anything better than burst into tears, the mainstream media would, robot-like, parrot the (Democratic) party line and proclaim a Kerry victory. Even if Kerry had broken down, CBS, to whom reality apparently means slightly less than it does to the rest of the Big Media Acronyms, would probably be falling over themselves trying to spin it into a Kerry triumph.

I'll see the debate for myself, then report back.
